[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed 2 weeks ago. Operating it is easy. I am disappointed in the light as it is not bright enough, even on the higher setting. It is also discouraging that the manual included in the box does not give the operating instructions. Have to go online and get that info. Other than that, this is a good product.

easy install and great setting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the overall look. the install was pretty simple. Use 2 people if you can. this microwave has more settings than my old ,ie. melt butter, which is pretty cool. i opted to pick it up from a warehouse that i thought would be in my city. i couldn't see until i purchased. the only inconvenient part of the process

Owner's Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this product and it's a good unit, was disappointed it didn't come with an owner's manual so having a hard time figuring out reheat. It did have an installation manual but nothing about how to use the unit. Why no usage manual???????
