Works well

The desk converter is sturdy and works well. It's easy to raise and lower the desk to any height and it's spacious. The only thing I wish I knew before assembling is that you have to make sure the monitor arm is at the height you want before attaching the monitors because it can't be adjusted once they're on (although you can tilt the screens to face upwards or down). I ended up having to take the monitors off and raise and lower the arm manually a few times before I got it right. Overall happy with this.

Satisfied but required some workarounds

A 3/32” Allen wrench is needed for the monitor mounting screws. This was not included. The monitor mount is a design flaw. I found adjusting the height of the monitors to be impossible with them attached, so I had to remove the monitors to adjust the height. That said, attaching the monitors themselves was an ordeal for one person. This required holding the monitor with one hand or arm and then threading the first screw with the other hand. Fortunately, I didn't drop the monitors, but I saw plenty of opportunities to do so. The lower desktop arrived with some minor damage. This damage likely occurred before packaging and not during shipping because the inner foam packaging was robust and showed no shipping trauma. The state of the outer cardboard packaging indicated that this was a returned item that Walmart had repackaged. I use my laptop, which is placed between two 27” monitors. I found that using partial-screen windows on the monitors compensates for the screen blockage created by having the laptop in between the monitors at the same height. Raising the height of the monitors to avoid screen blockage didn't work well, as this caused neck strain when looking up.
