Drosera spathulata. (Spoonleaf Sundew)
Origin: Australia. The tiny paddle-like hairy leaves are covered with drops of sticky goo, which trap insects that are attracted to the plant. In summer the sundews are topped with thin spikes holding small pink flowers. Once the plants are large enough you can try feeding them small insects or get some dried blood worms at a pet shop. The dried blood worms can be dipped in water and placed on the sticky leaves. When they bloom, save the seeds to grow more. Easy to grow. Place the terrarium in very bright indirect light or artificial light. Keep evenly moist with distilled water, only. This is the perfect gift for a dorm room, house, apartment, or office.
