Have only had it a short time. So far, it works great. Some people complain about the sound. There is a volume setting that makes it quite load. I did purchase a receiver for my garage, main home, and basement. I also purchased the doorbell for the basement and front door. I like that they can be used for caregiving for when you would need that option. I'm thinking of buying another set for that reason, but I don't need it yet! No cons so far.
