Pleasantly surprised

Considering the reviews I was scared, but I took the risk due to the price point. Despite several folks saying it takes 2-3 people and several long days; as a very determined woman, I put this together near completion in one day (during a heat warning even)! I had assistance from one person for less than 5 min total and could have done those parts had they not been there at the right time. I watched the video found with the product images on assembly multiple times first. While the instructions on some parts were difficult at first to determine, I found watching the videos ahead of time helped prepare me and I easily navigated through. Note: I did spend several days before assembly ensuring my ground was level.

When I removed the item from the box, I realized 3 parts were missing. I emailed the company and was pleasantly suprised at the immediate response. The next day I received another email with a tracking number. The parts are already on the way. Very professional and quick to right their wrong. would highly recommend. Old instruction manual

The instruction manual had a few steps that included completely different parts than actually came with the kit. It appears some updates were made, but the instruction manual reflected the older version. Thankfully we were able to figure out what was needed. Be careful when screwing in some of the screws, as you can dent the aluminum, even when doing it by hand.
