Product features and functions
This glue is one-component, room temperature curing, high viscosity, wide bonding range, high shear, peeling resistance, waterproof and oil resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, oil resistance and so on. Temperature resistance up to 200ºF, transparent, fast bonding and drying, firm bonding, water resistance and low permeability, non-hanging, non-corrosive ink.
Mainly used for joining lenses, display screen and glass, metal, ceramic, plastic, PVC, ABS, PP, PE, wood, leather, LED lamp shell and base and other materials.
Method of operation:
1. The sticky surface should be clean and dry, oil and other things can be cleaned with gasoline and other solvents.
2. apply the glue evenly on the surface of the two stickies directly, and the glue should not be too thick.
3. Align the two glued objects, apply a little pressure to make the bonding surface denser, and place; dry the watch for 5 to 10 minutes and reach the bonding strength in 24 hours.
Note: please use in a well-ventilated environment; this product is a chemical, please stay away from children, fire, heat, room temperature and cool, dry place airtight storage.
Please note: For good adhesion you need some pure alcohol to clean the surfaces of the objects to be glued to get good adhesion and it will set in 5 minutes, but needs a full 24 hours to cure for the best adhesion to occur. (This is slow dry glue which takes 24 hours to reach best performance)
