This vanity is very nice but it is not made of strong woods. You have to be very careful not to apply too much pressure when installing. I accidentally chipped off the wood of one the leg while installing, but luckily I was still able to screw on the leg. And it's not loose, otherwise, I would have returned it. My daughter absolutely loves it.
