Pre-owned means stolen goods this time.

Though I was aware it was Pre-owned, I wasn't expecting a stolen book from the Tulsa library. It still had all the library stickers with the magnetic sticker ripped out of it, I'm guessing so it wouldn't ring when the seller walked out with it. It had a ton of black marks and was in poor condition over all. I contacted the library via email but was told it was not necessary to return it.
