vacuum fix

pretty easy to put on. take off beater bar cover and belt cover. Remove the beater bar. Slip the belt on the steel rod toward the back of the vacuum base. Then slip the belt over the beater bar in the slot reserved for it and using both hands, pull the beater bar and slip it into place. Good job! Now the vacuum sucks!
