How to make a mountain out of a mole hill

This was an exercise in how to make a mountain out of a mole hill. See, what happen was: I got got two right shoes...in other words, I got two passenger side struts in this assembly. I only wanted needed to do an exchange for the correct driver side strut. Simple right? Nope, they rather refund me the entire purchase rather than hear me out and do a simple exchange for the correct part. That's all I wanted. Now, I have to stop and hold up my mechanic and wait another week or more to get my car fixed. Some times folks, the customer IS right and just may be worth listening to if you have ANY customer care at all. Furthermore, as a third party vendor partnered with a major retailing outlet such as Walmart, one could credibly and readily believe that when a customer tries to contact you directly with an issue and provide you with an opportunity to show your quality, you would jump on it, to get ahead of the situation, and make a win-win. Sadly, this has only been yet another instance wherein steak has with all deliberation not lived up to the sizzle. You so drop the ball here, folks. Thanks for the disappointment if nothing else. Buyers beware...do your research. Bye!
