A really big great clock that runs quietly and looks awesome, definitely a good deal for this price. I have seen it on the major auction site for 100 dollars.

Nice fantasy art but not the sturdiest clock

Pewter-look double-dragon sculpture is as attractive as pictured on-line. However, the lightweight plastic clock mechanism is weakly attached to the sculpture and popped out the front as I was trying to insert a battery in the back. Fortunately no harm done. After inserting the battery I popped it back in (it is held with 4 metal spring clips). Note: I think the maker tried to glue the clock face in but the glue they used (looks like hot glue) didn't hold. The clock runs OK; due to its “antique” look it is a bit difficult to read from a distance, but I expected that. For the price I was not expecting a “rolex,” so I am content with my decorative purchase. Just be careful inserting the battery (One AA).
