Wash gently in lukewarm to cold water with a mild soap or detergent. Rinse until the water is clear. Do not wring or twist. Roll in a towel to remove excess water, then air dry flat. Keep stocking out of contact with oils, petroleum-based ointments and direct sunlight.

Not for foot and ankle swelling but helps for leg.
Love them so much. I measured my calf and ankle to ensure I got the right size. They help a lot with swelling from my upper ankle to under my knee not so great if you have swelling on you foot and ankle. Not tight enough for my foot and ankle swelling so I have to use an additional compression wrap for my ankle and foot. But I still like it enough to come back and buy more because it at least helps from above my ankle to my knee. Also because of the tight compression it is difficult to put it on at first but it gets better as you continue to wear it. I would definitely recommend it.
