Limited Product Warranty The system comes with one-year warranty. The warranty of the system covers defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will replace or repair any part which is deemed to be defective, if the system has not been subjected to tampering, alteration, lack of regular maintenance or improper use after delivery. The cost of repair or replacement under those excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer. This limited warranty does not cover the following items: filters and all other parts or components that require regular replacement as a result of ordinary usage. This limited warranty only applies if the Water Filtration System is installed, used, and maintained in compliance with all instructions and requirements enclosed with the Water Filtration System. This limited warranty shall only be valid if: • Working conditions are 1-38°C/33-100°F. • The feed water must have a pH between 6.5 and 8.5. • Turbidity must be less than 1.0 NTU. • The TDS of feed water must be less than 500 ppm. Any information or suggestion with respect to the system concerning applications, specifications or standards is provided solely for your convenience. The quality of water supplies may vary seasonably or over a period of time. Your water quality may vary as well. The manufacture shall assume no liability for the determination of the proper system necessary to meet your require ments, and we do not authorize others to assume such obligation on our behalf. You must verify and test the suitability of any information with respect to the system for your specific application. This limited warranty shall be void if: • The cartridge filters are not replaced on the recommended maintenance schedule. • The system is purchased from someone other than our official website or our authorized dealers, as we cannot verify or guarantee the integrity or authenticity of the system. Our sole obligation under this warranty shall be repair or replacement of a non-conforming system or parts of this system, or at our option, return of the system and a refund of the purchase price. Our obligation does not include the cost of transportation. We are not responsible for damage in transit, and claim that such damage should be presented to the carrier by the customer. This is the best water filter
This is the best water filter we have ever used. We got the fridge door shaped one even though we use it on the counter, but itis the perfect space saving design. It arrived charged up when we got it three weeks ago, and the battery still hasn't died with being used multiple times a day. The water is delicious. We love it!

So, I did like a week of research before buying this filter. Lots of youtube videos, some spreadsheets, really messed up my own algorithm-based recommendations during search results. In the end, I went with this because it filters absurdly fast, has a large reservoir, and it's pretty cheap. For the price tag, it's basically impossible to beat if you're looking for a countertop system that *isn't* Reverse Osmosis (RO). Honestly, my only nitpick is that the max fill line is only on the back of the machine, where it's basically invisible while filling it up. Having the line on either side would be much more functional, and only barely hurt aesthetics for those who care about it.

The water tastes phenomenal.
The water tastes phenomenal. I'm so glad I can stop buying bottled water. There is so much chlorine in our city water, and this filter balances is out. It fits conveniently on my counter, and it's easy to use.
