Nature Valley Crunchy Peanut Butter - 12ct

This was a horrible experience. I was shipped something that was in the store at the time of the order because the person that pulled the order couldn't find it. This was back on November 23rd. I am still waiting for the promised credit to show up on my account. I went to 3 stores to return the item but no one would accept it. They say I had to do the return on line. Finally I was able to reach someone on line that understood the problem and they issued the refund and a inconvenience credit of $25.00 but the credit is still not showing on my credit card. I actually bought the item, which was dressing mix at the store when I went to pick up the rest of my order. I was charged over $17.00 for 2 bags of dressing mix. I placed the order to make Thanksgiving dinner for the homeless. I was working with the State Disaster Response Team and was unable to be wirh my family during the holiday, so I wanted to take joy to someone else but it has turned into a real nightmare. Someone should have handled this situation long before now. I am still waiting for the refund and the inconvenience credit!
