Not just useful for kids
I have a rare muscle waisting disease that has left me pretty weak. My normal dishes have gotten too heavy for me to lift or hold. I bought these hoping to make things easier for me. I have been very happy with my purchase. They are light weight, easy for me to hold, lift or carry. The colors aren't my favorite, but I like them well enough. I've used them in the microwave several times, and I love that they don't burn my hands like my old bowls used to when I'd remove them from the microwave. They have held up well so far for a few runs through the dishwasher. The only thing I foresee being a drawback is they will scratch eventually from utensil use and likely just everyday use. But for the price, functionality and reason of me needing them, they are worthy of a 5 star review!
