STOP!!! Xtra charge for pulling and placing.
Pro: First off It made it a lot easier for me to get something for my Mom and have it deluvered to her doorstep on time without me being in her state. Con: I have just learned today 05/14/2025, that any future online orders both near and far, are going to charge a good amount more for using the service going forward. It's said that the extra charge is for the items being pulled from the shelf and then placed in a basket for further actiion. STUPID! For this reason alone, I'll be canceling my subscription and doing the shopping myself. No basket fee will be charged then (unless they start making customers pay for instore shopping).
