Disappointed: 1/2 head failed on first use
I needed this tool to install 3/4 and 1/2 inch pex-a expansion pipe in my basement. The first day I did all the 3/4 inch with out any issue. The second day, I did all the 1/2 and every single connection failed with major leaking. It turns out the issue was the 1/2 head provided with the tool. It did not expand properly causing uneven expansion. Had to run to Home Depot and by a cinch crimp systems to fix it all. I attached photos of the 1/2 head closed with no load and then open with load. You can see the uneven teeth in both scenarios. This caused complete failure of every connection. Very disappointed.
