Worked as expected.

It dropped right into place as original. However, a small problem was that somebody had colored the wrong wire to be the "hot" wire so the fan ran backwards! So I cut and refitted the ends and all was great. Temporarily hook it up to test it before completing, so you don't have the same problem! Excellent item and service, thanks!
