As a bonus, they were unique, fun, allergy friendly and far more nutritious than other types of toppings. so I started making my own no shell, seasoned pumpkin seeds in my kitchen. Flavor was critical. I searched the world over to find the highest quality seeds and discovered in Europe this unique variety... and we're the only ones in the world offering these seeds in these flavors. I knew each seasoning had to be memorable, the ingredients had to be natural and ech seed had to be perfectly roasted. I used unique, wonderful seasonings and developed a proprietary dry roasting process that resulted in the perfect seed.
