Lifesaver!
Lifesaver! When I ran out, I was miserable. I had no idea how much benefit I was receiving from these herbs. But without them, I was wide awake for most of the night with hot flashes. Totally miserable and when you can't sleep your brain doesn't clear toxins, and you can't function well. When you can't think clearly you forget things - like taking supplements! I finally realized what was missing and started again and now feel normal, back to myself. I can finally sleep so much better and hot flashes are gone. Every woman dealing w/ these should check out Vitex as a natural alternative. It's game changing for me!

I started taking this after having cycle disruptions after having COVID. I just started so I cannot say if it has helped with that or not, but as far as delivery goes, it came right on time, supplement was safety sealed and long from expiration. Does not upset my stomach but I do take all my supps after a meal.
