It works amazingly!! I needed exactly this and it worked better than I imagined. I stand on the rug shifting my weight and twisting in ways that would make rugs move all sorts of ways and walking etc, it does not care to budge. Yet, it can come up be washed cleaning underneath the rug, and continue use without damaging the floor. It holds up to my toddler as well! I am unusually excited about how well these worked.
