Damaged upon arrival.

This was a third party purchase, it arrived 4 days ahead of schedule. I was super excited to get it on my birthday couldn't wait to put it together. When I opened the package to lay out all the pieces for assembly I was devastated. Both right and left metal legs were smashed, bent mangled beyond repair. I tried to call customer support to see if they could replace the damaged pieces but they wouldn't answer the phone. So I had to return product to my local wal mart. I did get my money back but it took 3 days.
