Bought for my kids who were experiencing weak, splitting nails. These have actually helped in less than 2 months! They love the flavor more than any of their other gummy vitamins. And I appreciate that the sugar coating keeps them from sticking together. Definitely recommend

Love love love
Bought these vitamins for my 3 yr old son who has long but dense hair. I wanted to try to find a biotin that would be effective for him. And THESE ARE IT. We love them the taste is amazing every morning he's ready for his gummies. His hair looks shinier and is growing super fast we are on our 4th bottle. We take 2 daily and have been using these the last 3 months. I just bought 2 more. The quality is amazing. I recommend!!

Super quallity
This product with Biotin helped my daughter very much with hair loss. The taste and quality are great!! She liked the vitamins very much. The use of gummy raspberries caused no problems. The amount of biotin was right enough to help with our problem, but I advise you to combine it with B-complex vitamins.
