Looked like a good formula with strains listed. It's very difficult to evaluate certain products like this in the short term. Personally think we all need probiotics due to the poor diets and food quality in the US. And, if you ever go on a course of antibiotics, few doctors will tell you to replenish your good bacteria. The gut is a primary source for out immunity.
