I don't know how I ever lived without these. Souper Cubes allows me to batch cook healthy meals and freeze them in the most convenient way. I freeze them in the cubes and then transfer to my food saver bags, shrink wrap, label, and throw in the freezer. Then I can immediately use them again. You can even put these cubes in your oven! I was worried this aqua blue color would leave stains from red sauces, but it doesn't. It came out perfectly clean in my dishwasher. I found the best deal on Walmart's site, too.
