Product details
Healthy sleep depends on healthy melatonin/ serotonin, produced by the pineal gland deep within the brain. 5-HTP (L-5 Hydroxytryptophan) is a precursor to serotonin and thereby supports healthy levels of this important neurotransmitter. The pineal gland is governed by the circadian rhythm, producing serotonin during daylight hours then shifting to melatonin throughout the evening and night. Thus, combining 5-HTP with pure melatonin provides a two-tier approach to healthy sleep, supporting neurotransmitter production while providing a little extra for enhanced results.

They're Great!
I've got to say, that they're Great! I had no idea that they would work so...well. I took 1 about half an hour before retiring to go to bed, and lo and behold, I slept like a baby! I've tried other types of sleep aid mixed, but this one is just right for me. Thank you very much. Keep making these ones.
