Helps my fingernails from splitting
I started taking biotin years ago because of splitting nails. It helps my nails from splitting. I take it every day year round. You have to give it at least 6 months since it takes your nails a long time to grow to where the splitting occurs. I've been taking it every day for over 15 years.
