I have been purchasing these insoles for a few years now. They replace the custom orthotics that I used to buy that cost 5 times as much. They work very well and are quite durable. I walk a lot so a pair of these insoles lasts about 6-8 months before I notice them losing their support.

I purchased a pair of high arch insoles to relieve my ball of foot/neuroma pain and I have to say that I pleasantly surprised! After my debacle of a surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery, I thought I would have to deal with never ending nerve pain and foot pain for the rest of my life. These insoles help. They don't get rid of my nerve and foot pain, but they do help with my daily activities

The PowerStep insoles with a ball of the foot pad were recommended to me by a podiatrist for Plantar fasciitis and a Morton's neuroma. My job requires me to stand and walk all day. I also like to play Pickleball and hike. The insoles have worked wonders for me! I order new insoles every 6 months (also by podiatrist recommendation) and rotate the old insoles down through my other shoes that I am not ready to get rid of yet (slippers, boots, etc. ) I couldn't and wouldn't be able to work or play without them!
