Bring back the metal zipper pulls and shoulder strap adjuster!

I have purchased several (7) healthy backpacks of various sizes and fabrics over the past 15-20 years. However, my latest purchase from last year was from this group and I was not happy to discover the zipper pulls and shoulder strap adjuster are now made of black plastic. Photos show that the metal versions, that the rest of my backpacks have, are still available. I will not be making another purchase if these print/fabric bags continue to have the plastic pieces.
