Where have you been all my life?

As a multi-pet household, I've owned a few different steam cleaners over the years. This one by far, is the best. Very good suction and actually seems to get out some very tough messes with the steam addition. I have the portable cleaner with the steam, so I don't use the handheld attachment with the upright. But the upright is functioning well, and has already gotten out messes my old steamer wasn't. I typically buy a new machine every other year, since I use it so frequently, and I wouldn't be surprised if I replaced it with exactly this one again.

This is an excellent carpet and upholstery cleaner. The tools provided are well made and I like the self-cleaning option, especially after cleaning something that is really dirty. We cleaned a couch that we thought was unsalvageable, but this machine did a great job and now have a very nice clean couch.
