NOT AS ADVERTISED - NO ANCHOR LIGHT

Unfortunately, this is not as advertised. The listing says Tricolor / Anchor Light, but what you will receive is only Tricolor. This renders the item completely useless for sailor of cruisers who want to anchor. I tried ordering this same item from two different vendors on Walmart.com and the same issue with both so I am putting the fault on Walmart for this one.
