Long time Dickies work pants wearer

I've been wearing (and wearing out) the good old loose fit double knee (Khaki) work pants for years now. In fact that's all I wear. They look good and hold up well and when worn out I use them as work pants (outside or in garage.) Funny thing is years ago I was a bit thinner and was size 29W (and I had to have a seamstress--my mother--take in the waist which was quite a job to separate the waist band internally in 3 places to make even,) and I would order size 30 waist with an un-hemmed leg length. My mother would custom size these up for me and I loved them since they fit so perfect. However, now that I am getting a little older (and bigger around the waist) I can order a 32w-34L and just have the length shortened by an inch or so. Again, a perfect fit! I personally like the wide leg at lower part of pant leg (I never got into the skinny jeans style.) The only thing I hope is that you don't stop making them. The pocket on side side of the leg is of great use.

Excellent pants, great fit, tough, stain resistant

These pants are an excellent solution for my work wear situation because they are a cross between sharp dressy appearance, and rugged construction. I use them as work wear for a Nightclub Security position in an A-List club in San Francisco, where they serve well as a comfortable, dressy sort of tactical pants. They are also well suited for office appearance. I find the leg pocket useful, and the knees are super tough. I have been in several rough situations on the sidewalk and pavement, and these pants don't even get snagged or scratched. They also are very stain resistant. The last set i purchased lasted 4 years through extreme use. I like the relaxed fit because they lend well to a lot of bending and stooping, and allow a lot of movement. My recent order fit well right out of the box with absolutely zero issues.
