Within a few hours I actually noticed a difference! I have struggled my entire life with armpit BO and excessive sweating. I live in a dry climate and the first 2 days I took them was amazing! Then I went to florida these last 12 days and took them everyday and has no issues! The few beach days where it was super sweaty hot out I noticed more underarm wetness and had very slight BO where normally I would just reek! So one of those days I took a second which really helped. I have daily green soft poop which is normal it says for it to been green in color. Overall super super pleased- I just hope my body doesnt get used to these and stop working because they have really been a game changer! Also super happy they are organic, otherwise I would have never even tried them!

When they say your poo turns green they are not kidding ! Definitely drink enough water with these ! I'm busy and sometimes just toss 1 down and go. You really need the liquid to get a better effect. I currently take 1 nighttime and daytime. Things are noticeably different and I believe I'll be able to go to 1 a day soon
