This is a nice rug. I really love the soothing, shell blue color and it's a great size. I guess I have what would be called an average-sized bathroom, so it takes up just the right amount of floor space. Large enough so that I'm not dripping all over the floor while trying to stand on a tiny little bath mat (I can move around easily and still stay on the rug), but not too big to be in the way. I can still conveniently drape it over the edge of the tub when not in use. It's not super absorbent, but it does the job. It also isn't one of those very thick and cushy mats, so if you want something that's really springy and spongy, this might not be for you. It's plenty soft enough for me and it dries quickly (I like that). The non-slip backing is good, and it appears durable and is carefully finished around the edges. I would definitely say this is a practical, good quality, everyday bath rug (and it's pretty too).
