Wrong size, but works....

I ordered a 3/4" hose for my RV fuel pump station. I received a 5/8" hose. I was concerned at first, however the attach fittings (threaded ends) are the same as the old one. As a result it went together fine and is perfectly acceptable. It's different from what I ordered and what the packing slip said......
