It arrived in two boxes. The canopy was missing from the box it was supposed to be in. The company did respond quickly to our email and sent the canopy and everything else in the box with the canopy so now we have unneeded extra parts. The assembly instructions were vague with photos only. Two parts mislabeled and assembly as noted in instructions for the back of the seat was incorrect. Holes did not line up. My husband finally made necessary adjustments. After all that (5 hours) we do like the swing.
