Conversion and feeding instructions:When introducing a new food, begin with a mixture of the "old and new" foods, gradually increasing the amount of new food over a 7 to 10 day period. This will prevent digestive upsets as well as allow your pet to adjust to something new. Fresh water should be available at all times. Discard any uneaten food and clean dish before each feeding. Adjust the portions to maintain proper weight and if additional pets are fed.Daily feeding amount:Hamster & gerbil - 2 tablespoons.Storage instructions:Store in a cool dry location. After opening bag use the food within 30 to 45 days. Refrigerate or freeze for extended storage.
