Trying to find an Omega that will help bring my triglycerides down. My overall cholesterol is good, but triglycerides are always high. Of course I have Type 2, but trying to find anything to help. I haven't taken these a month yet, but hope there are some results at my next doctor's appointment. These are large pills, but easy to swallow and no burpy aftertaste.
