Within less than a month of purchase, the computer started shutting down unexpectedly. It started with once a day and then it would shut down 4-5 times a day. When it would power back on, I would get error codes and finally a blue screen. When I contacted the seller about my issues, they got back to me within 2-3 days and they offered to repair it. That was not good enough as this was an expensive purchase and I bought this for my small office. I definitely received a Lemon. I contacted HP directly and they informed me that it was beyond repair. They couldn't even help me with factory reset as it would not respond. I initiated a return and took it back to my local Walmart. The customer service agent informed me that since this was not sold directly through Walmart, I would have to wait until the seller received it. I took a picture of my tracking number. I looked this morning to see the status of the return and it does not show that it has been picked up by Fed Ex. I called Walmart to follow up but no answer. Bummer. I am now worried that I will not receive my refund. I did like the size of it.
