Denture-friendly. My husband has always struggled with the hard tablets, as he can't chew them without his teeth. These fixed that problem for him. These are soft enough to gum when that burning sensation wakes you up in the middle of the night. I use them because they work. I think they are a bit expensive, but as long as he's not going through a bottle a week, the expense is manageable.
