I struggle with insomnia and this does the trick. It work time varies because if I'm really tired I'll be out in half an hour. And if I'm active about 2 hours and I sleep for 8. Even if I'm woken up by my dogs I typically fall back asleep easily. And the pain reliever makes sure the aches are gone too. I love this.

The product does what it says. It says it's fast acting it is, the taste isn't terrible that's why I gave it three stars. I've pain all the time because I've a bad back, and I can honestly say that it handles my pain threshold which is usually about a 5 pretty well.

Finally, a product that works!

I was SO unbelievably pleased to find something for pain AND help me sleep! I've been suffering for YEARS with chronic and do not take pain meds, only topical creams.This product is a godsend! I don't wake up every 10 minutes in pain. 9 times out of 10, I sleep right through the night. It also doesn't upset my stomach or make me groggy in the morning. I use this as well for any congestion or scratchy throat. It not too expensive but I wish they sold it in double packs or a larger bottle! You won't be sorry to give this a try!
