Works amazingly! The taste is horrible, but it's worth it since they work accordingly! You do have to take 3 a day. It isn't horrible, but of course we all wish we could take just 1! I just take them fast and can barely taste it and it gets done in a second! Drink them with orange juice (and after eating something fatty) for best absorption! Taking them with orange juice also allows you to not really taste the vitamins.
