I did not receive the correct item

I did not receive the correct item. I paid to return the item back, and they still have not refunded my money. I called Walmart who said they will reach out to the merchant. The merchant told Walmart they will refund me manually but it will take a few days. I also called my bank to dispute but they said that I received the item and there is nothing to refund. It has now been months. Do not buy from this seller, they are crooks and criminals.
