I recommend this binder!
I bought this binder to support a hernia that developed after abdominal surgery. I dont even notice the hernia when I wear this binder! It is true to size and well made. The thick elastic is reinforced and doesn't curl. It washed well in the washing machine and kept its strength and shape when hung to dry. I highly recommend this binder!

Very sturdy
I was pleasantly surprised with this belt. The velcro strips hold very well and the belt is sturdy enough to hold its shape. When it finally wears out, I will order another one.
