I have been taking this prebiotic/probiotic for several months now and find that it helps keep me regular. I would recommend using it as a supplement to a healthy diet that includes lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains. I have tried other pre/probiotics and this one seems to work the best.

Probiotics do not have to be expensive to work
I feel like these help and my medical records reflect an improvement since I have been taking them. I do also eat yogurts so I am getting more probiotics on some days. But I am less consistent with the yogurts than I am with these pills. So I feel confident that they are helping. Because my diet overall is terrible and yet I have very regular and healthy digestion and feminine health.
