10 m is the top tip, adjusting centimeters, 28 for leave the tip in, for 29.6 FM take the tip out and lower the coil to the lowest it'll go, 1.8swr, 6 M adjustment is the side whip, we'll adjust to 1.5 or lower on any frequency in 6 m and 70 cm are preset below 1.8 on both bands. it turns all for bands micro adjustments are required take some time. w0wow
