Very handy to fill ziplocks but also to dry after washing the ziplock!!! This company should think of an item similar to this to hold an Angel Food cake just out of the oven to cool upside down!!! Sitting the pan upside down on a bottle works but I've had some fall and ruin a new cake also. Hope they can up with something! Angel Food Cake pans are a different shape than any other pan! Thanks!!
