Best Glucosame formula I've yet used, and I've tried a few. Twice a day and my shoulders give me zero trouble. YAY! I no longer have to take ANY motrin for the pain and I have good movement and strength. This is good stuff and I recommend it.

Not Sure Anymore

I've used and trusted Solgar products for years and have found them reliable and effective. I am sad to hear they have been sold to Nestle. Based upon my knowledge of Nestles past actions around the world it makes it very difficult if not impossible to maintain faith in Solgar products.
