Frogg Toggs Emergency Poncho | Clear | One Size

I got this poncho in my stocking and thought I'd never use it. Well, I did and it worked as labeled. The best part is that after several days camping when we were leaving I simply put it in the recycle bin and was done. Perfect

Great little item for the cost. I carry one in my 10 essentials kit and have used it many times on hikes when rain moved in. It does what is supposed to do and weighs under 3 oz. It is not a good item for bushwhacking or rugged trails, but for established trails, it is fine. I also use one as a floor protector for my one-man tent. One survived a complete Philmont trek, which was pretty impressive. For the multipurposers out there, I would NOT try to rig an emergency shelter with this item - it isn't strong enough.
