warped lid due to poor shipping
When this lid arrived, it was warped due to the poor shipping. I contacted the merchant, and they advised me that I should run the lid under hot water. I suppose they didn't want me to return the item because then they would have to pay for the shipping, and they would be out the money for the item and shipping costs. So I did what was suggested but it didn't work. I decided to keep the warped item because it was too much of a hassle to try to contact them again, but I wasn't satisfied with this merchant. Their customer service was terrible, in my opinion.
